At San Polino we believe that all life on this planet is linked by a single thread, forming a myriad of wondrous interconnections which encompass all of us at San Polino.
This year Jancis Robinson published an open article written by me laying out some issues I have been grappling with, regarding viticulture, sustainabile agriculture and biodynamics in a capitalist world of climate emergency.
This was followed up by a visit of Walter Speller in August 2019 to San Polino, to meet up with Primrose Boynton who had conducted a 4-year investigation into the presence of and lifecycle of indigenous yeasts in the San Polino terroir and winery.
